Croydon Visitor Centre

Croydon Visitor Centre was set up by the BID in 2008. It is situated alongside East Croydon Station in the heart of Croydon's business district. East Croydon is the main gateway to the Town Centre from Central London, Gatwick Airport and the south coast.

The Centre's opening hours are:

Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 6:30 pm
Saturday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

The Centre team gives all visitors to Croydon a warm and professional welcome and guidance and directions in Croydon, London and beyond.

CVC is a high-visibility venue where local businesses promote themselves. Companies can advertise on plasma screens and showcase projects and forthcoming events in the Centre's well-equipped exhibition space. Developers and other agencies use the Centre for consultation exercises on forthcoming projects - its high daily footfall makes it the perfect place to meet people who live and work locally and to sample public opinion.

The Centre also offers a range of business-2-business services including advice on conference organisation. Its B2B travel service helps larger businesses reduce the administrative burden of employee travel claims.

The Centre Team won Croydon Champions Team of the Year award in November 2010 (an award sponsored by the Croydon Guardian newspaper) and was short-listed in the Best Customer Category at the Croydon Business Awards in April 2011.
